This pre wedding session in Chicago was one of those experiences that remind me why I love traveling for photography. As a wedding photographer working in different destinations, I’m always looking to connect with new places and people, and this session had both.

Chicago offers incredible views. The mix between the city and the beach creates a unique contrast that we used throughout the session, moving between architecture and the calm of the lake.

What made this session special was the couple. Warm, open, and easy to connect with. They became my guides and hosts, which made everything feel natural from the start.

My approach was simple. Honest and effortless photos, focused on their personality rather than posing.

I worked with both digital and film photography, combining spontaneity with texture and depth.

Traveling, meeting new couples, and documenting their stories in an honest way is still one of my favorite parts of this work.
