Eight Wedding Venues to Consider in Lima, Peru
Lima offers a surprisingly wide range of wedding venues, from romantic gardens and historic mansions to countryside estates outside the center. These are eight locations I know through my work or professional network, each with a different atmosphere and visual identity.
I have photographed at most of these venues several times, so I understand how their light, spaces and event flow change throughout a wedding day.
1. Jardin Cafe Vivero: This garden venue in Cieneguilla is well suited to intimate outdoor weddings. Its abundant vegetation and relaxed atmosphere give the celebration a warm, bohemian character.

2. Finca Valentino: Located in Pachacamac, Finca Valentino combines a countryside atmosphere with broad gardens and panoramic views. The images below come from a relaxed pre-wedding session I photographed there.

3. Casa Paz Soldan: This historic mansion creates a refined setting for elegant weddings. Its preserved architecture, detailed rooms and central location give it a strong sense of place.

4. Villa Monica: Villa Monica is a strong option for couples looking for countryside elegance near Lima. Its large green areas provide space for an outdoor ceremony and a flexible reception.

5. La Isla de Villa: This private green retreat in Chorrillos overlooks the Pantanos de Villa wetlands. Its gardens, lagoon and secluded atmosphere make it feel removed from the city while remaining in Lima.

6. Hacienda Mamacona: This traditional Peruvian hacienda combines history with natural beauty. Stone courtyards and characterful architecture create a distinctive setting for a stylish celebration.

7. La Provenza: La Provenza brings French countryside inspiration to Cieneguilla through its architecture and gardens. I have not photographed a wedding here personally yet, but I know the owners and would be excited to document the venue.

8. Hacienda Los Ficus: Surrounded by mature trees, this hacienda offers a calm and elegant atmosphere. Its flexible indoor and outdoor spaces can support both the ceremony and reception.

Each of these Lima wedding venues offers a different experience. The best choice is the one that supports the way you want the day to feel, gives your guests a comfortable flow and reflects your own style rather than a generic wedding formula.
